Shawsheen Esports

Shawsheen introduced Esports two years ago when the state recognized that the number of colleges nationwide was offering sizable scholarships for this. Shawsheen built a state of the art gaming lab for the programming and web shop- which compliments the Esports program as well as the video game club.

High definition screens, Nvidia 1080 graphics cards built into intense gaming computers create competative experience with almost no lag. Corsair Gaming headphones and gaming mice complete the gaming experience. Our lab is prestine if you are a gamer- you want to come check this out and if you are not a gamer- you still might find this high tech equipment interesting!

After season "ZERO" was completed the state of Massachusetts made Esports an official varsity sport. Our esports team has played "League of Legends" in the PLAYVS official high School league since its inaugural season in 2018.
